Below you will find the forms needed to request communications support from Restoration. Please fill out the necessary forms as soon you you can — it’s impossible to request anything too early!

EVENT REQUEST FORM: If you need an event built in Planning Center, please fill out this form FIRST! Fill it out as soon as you can, as we need the registration link before we start to publicize an event. This form is not needed for every event — if you don’t need registrations for an event, you likely don’t need your event in Planning Center. When in doubt, reach out to Brandy Lovelace at brandy.lovelace@restorationcos.org with any questions!

COMMUNICATIONS REQUEST FORM: If you’re ready for your event to be publicized in the newsletter, before service or during announcements, fill out this form! Be as detailed as possible, and we’ll make sure your event is requested in a timely manner. It is helpful if you fill out this form as soon as you have the information (and the Planning Center event build if needed) so we can slot in your event in our communications plan!
